Patch V0.02

V0.02 Bounty Hunters and Bosses!

Added a new Boss. (The Maw)
Added a secret enemy type that spawns under specific conditions. (Bounty Hunter)
Weapon 4 now behaves better at high upgrade levels
Statically Typed way too many variables that I forgot to do while coding initially. Mid-Late game performance should be significantly improved
Refactored loot spawning to be more sane. You won't notice a difference
