Patch V0.06

Patch V0.06 Sounds and Stuff

Weapon 6 actually correctly spawns and has an appropriate sprite
The bosses now have some extra loot
Added a bunch of sound effects, mostly around taking damage
Enemies now drop the correct amount of loot when they die
Slight buff to missiles
Added hook ups for damage types in the future, maybe I'll use them
Fixed a crash associated with some bosses
